Charles Chisholm

Chief Executive Officer

Charles has been in the cleaning industry since 1989 when he started his own small business cleaning many contracts in and around York and the Northern areas; including specialist one off and carpet cleans. After several years, having built a strong customer base, he moved the business forward introducing blue chip companies including Banks, Cinemas, Schools, Solicitors, Accountants and Factories to his portfolio. By 2001 this business had expanded to employing over four hundred employees, with a turnover in excess of £1,600,000. Charles then sold to a larger Company remaining with them as Business Development Director and grew the company revenue to over £3 Million. In 2003 Charles formed Future Cleaning Services and is the largest shareholder within the Group. The Group has now grown to approaching a £10 Million pounds turnover.

Karl Daniel

Group Finance Director

Karl has a broad depth of financial experience having worked in service and manufacturing industries for over twenty years before joining Future Cleaning Services in August 2008.He was appointed to the Board in March 2009. Karl held various accounting roles before joining Appleby Group Limited as Financial Controller in November 1990. He was promoted to the Board in January 2001 and had ultimate functional responsibility for all accounting and finance, treasury and taxation aspects of the six Group Companies whose combined turnover was in excess of £52 million. In May 2007, Karl left the Group following their acquisition by Hanson plc and joined Caltra sro, based in Roznov, Czech Republic, as their Chief Financial Officer.

Helen Smith

Sales Director

Helen has over eighteen years of experience working within the contract services industry, beginning with Rentokil in the early 1990’s. Shortly after the formation of Rentokil Initial in 1996, Helen was head hunted to join a 40 million pound turnover company where she developed her expertise specialising in cleaning and building contracts with national organisations throughout the UK. She has since worked within SME offering bespoke packages to all sectors of the market. Helen’s experience in developing large contracts, and presenting tailor-made services with customer focus based on strong service delivery has become a passion. She prides herself on a customer focussed approach, building strong working partnerships supporting all the contract proposals she presents.

David Butler

Operations Director

David commenced his career in 1989 in the customer services industry. After many years of working in different locations across the UK and Germany he became a Regional Manager responsible for the north of England for an international cinema chain. Continuing his passion for customer services David left to join the retail industry only to be enticed back to a national role within a start up cinema chain, which is now the leader in today’s market. After opening 35 multiplex cinemas he left to join his wife at their property company before joining us in November 2010. He is now responsible for the operations department, managing numerous contracts many of which are national and leading his team to provide the customer satisfaction he is used to delivering.

Tony Nisbet

District Director

Tony has over eighteen years working within the cleaning industry with wide and varied knowledge and experience, including retail, office and industrial. Tony is at the forefront of service development within the Lincolnshire area, which also includes; recycling management, grounds maintenance and general maintenance. At all times he demonstrates excellent communication and organisation skills, developing a positive and productive working relationship with clients and staff. He has a strong commitment to providing a high standard of service delivery. Working from the Lincoln office, Tony currently manages a successful team including Area Manages, Supervisors and Mobile work teams, covering sites across the County and surrounding areas.

Krystyna Bennett

District Director

Krystyna has held a variety of roles which have provided her with a wide experience in both the retail sector and hotel and cleaning industry. She has completed a Diploma in Economics and Business organisation. Krystyna joined Future Cleaning Services in March 2008 as an Area Manager. She quickly developed in this role and was promoted to the position of Regional Area Manager. In December 2009, Krystyna was recognised for her accomplishments and was elevated to the position of District Director, giving her the responsibility for all the Area Managers within the company.
