Charles Chisholm, Chief Executive Officer formed Future Cleaning Services in 2003 and is the sole shareholder of the company.
Charles Chisholm, Chief Executive Officer of The Future Group, has been in the cleaning industry since 1989 when he started his own small contract cleaning business in and around York and the Northern areas; including specialist one off and carpet cleans. After several years, having built a strong customer base, he moved the business forward introducing blue chip companies including Banks, Cinemas, Schools, Solicitors, Accountants and Factories to his portfolio.
By 2001 this business had expanded to employing over four hundred employees, with a turnover in excess of £1,600,000. Charles then sold to a larger Company remaining with them as Business Development Director and grew the company revenue to over £3 Million.
In 2003 Charles formed Future Cleaning Services and is the sole shareholder of the company.
In 2006, Future Cleaning Services bought 50% shares in MCN York Ltd, a company that specialises in carpet and upholstery cleaning. The name was immediately changed to Future Carpet Cleaning Services and is now a valued subsidiary, providing a wide range of support cleaning services, from window cleaning to high pressure power washing.
The following year, 2007, Future Cleaning Services made a second acquisition purchasing A to Z Cleaning Services (Southwest) Ltd, a well established cleaning company in the South West of England. A to Z was slowly been merged into the Group’s systems and in early 2011 the decision was made to complete the process by changing the company’s name to Future Cleaning Services (Southwest).
In 2011, The Future Group (GB) was created as a holding company for all the Group companies, which today has a combined turnover of circa £32 million.
